An Individual Lesson is a one-on-one session with a coach, where all attention is focused on the child: their level, personality, pace, and goals.
We don’t adjust the child to fit the program — we adjust the program to fit the child.

Where do the lessons take place?
Lessons can be held:
In your home pool
In a private or commercial pool
In a rented pool (we help organize rental)
In a public pool — following all the pool’s rules

A Family Group Lesson is designed for children from the same family (brothers, sisters) or close relatives, where learning takes place in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere under the constant attention of the coach.
This format helps children feel more confident, while parents can observe the process and track each child’s progress.
Total duration: approximately 55–60 minutes

A Group Lesson for up to 10 children is a format for joint training in a rented pool, where children practice together in a safe, organized, and motivating environment under the guidance of a coach.
Lessons take place only with an established, consistent group.
Lesson duration: approximately 60 minutes
In the water:
Group warm-up and water adaptation
Technique and coordination exercises
Tasks adapted for different skill levels
Playful elements and team motivation
Constant supervision and guidance by the coach
This format is suitable for children who already feel confident in the water.
Where do the lessons take place?
Lessons are held in a rented pool that accommodates up to 10 children and meets all safety requirements.
The pool is booked in advance with parents’ agreement.
Location and schedule are confirmed after the group is formed.
Lessons are conducted on a regular basis, not as a one-time session.
Children also have the opportunity to participate in friendly competitions to practice skills and celebrate progress.

I offer swimming lessons via video from anywhere in the world.
If a child feels nervous or afraid before the lesson, I can have a free call with them beforehand to get to know them and discuss any concerns or past experiences, helping them feel more confident.
Each lesson is tailored to the child’s level and needs, ensuring a personal approach even online.
